Location
Polair Golf Simulator is located at 12 Wallace Street in Acton. Straight across Hwy #7 from the Hide House in Acton. The Golf Simulator can be accessed through the door facing Perth Street labeled 'GOLF'.
Parking is also available alongside the building on Perth Street.

Booking & HOURS OF OPERATION
Booking Requests can be sent to playgolf@polairhvac.ca. We ask that players try to give at least 24hrs notice when making a Booking. This allows us time to prepare & organize our facility in order to optimize your experience. Bookings are made on the hour, by the hour and can be made anytime between 9 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week. Hours of Operation are booking dependent. All golfers must have a pre-booked time to enter the premises. Regular bookings can be made up to one week in advance. If you purchase a Pass or the Weekday Membership, you may pre-book up to 2 weeks in advance.

Dress Code
CLEAN SPIKELESS SHOES ONLY! No golf spikes or boots permitted. Golf Clubs must be CLEAN before use. Casual attire is welcome.

We offer a variety of snacks and drinks in a vending machine. All forms of payment accepted.

Bring your own BirTees
'BirTees' are the exclusive tees used to tee up balls at our facility. They are available for purchase at the simulator ($20 + tax), as well as online at a variety of websites (Amazon, birtees.com, etc...)
Terms of Service
- Liability & Waiver must be read before playing
- Golfer's Handbook must be read before playing
Cancellation Policy: Please give 24-hour notice. If no notice is given, the booking player is subject to a $50 no-show fee/hour missed.

PGA Rate: $35 + tax (Valid Member ID Card required; valid 1-hr per week)
Junior (U18)/Senior (65+): $45 + tax (Weekdays 9am - 5pm; excluding holidays)

League play
The 2021/22 Polair Winter Golf League begins the week of Monday, November 22nd and runs 18 weeks until Sunday, March 27th. The Entry Fee for the league is $50 (prorated monthly). The weekly fee is $10 cash. Regular simulator rates apply. You can join any time!
Weekly prizing includes: Low Net Scoring, Gross/Net Skins, and Closest to the Pin. Number of prizes based on number of participants each week.
Players must register with a legitimate handicap as the league uses a Net Scoring format. If you do not keep a handicap and would like to play, we can build you a handicap using at least 5 official scores from your 2021 summer golf season.
All handicaps are adjusted weekly to reflect a player's performance. Golf Genius Tournament Software is used for scoring which provides league players with access to weekly results and statistics.
The season schedule, handicapping rules, and more info on league play will be released as we get closer to the November 22nd start date. Stay tuned...
